SabreTooth software, Hospitality Hub, has given us an excellent communication platform internally as well as externally with our customers, vendors and other providers. Reporting is no longer a challenge or a chore. The increased efficiencies we have gained have helped us decrease our administrative staffing, while continuing to maintain our high level of quality customer service. We are thrilled with the performance and working with the SabreTooth Technologies team has been an outstanding experience. No question goes unanswered, no solution is unfound, and no concern is too small.

Our dealings with SabreTooth have been exceptional, right from the get-go (2014 we started). Our conference services department used 4 different programs before SabreTooth, and they never were able to talk to each other and they weren't very friendly to use. We now use SabreTooth Hospitality Hub where we create all our events and functions, along with food and beverage. It builds our Letter of Agreements and proposals and sends these to our clients. This system has saved me so much time. 

Our university fully implemented the Hospitality Hub/FSO program suite in August 2016. The transition from our current system to SabreTooth was truly seamless compared to previous programs and in the implementation processes we’ve experienced with other software companies. The SabreTooth team has been phenomenal to work with. They took the time to understand our every day needs and are beyond timely when issues arise that need to be addressed. The speed at which new features are created is extraordinary. We replaced our previous system with SabreTooth in February of 2016. Our transition to the system was incredibly smooth. I feel that this company operates in a fashion that is expected of technology these days. What I mean by that, is that no system can work for every person, and it must be able to be adapted and adjusted in way that benefit the individual user as well as the entire user base. When we have required a new feature the development team has worked with us to add the feature. SmartLynX is a great product, and our managers find it is easy to use.
