We provide all our customers with a preliminary consultation. During this consultation we will work with you directly to determine which of our products fits your concept best. We will also customize the product so that it is tailored to your specific needs.
We provide total system training to our customers. We offer live and recorded training, as well as documentation. It will continually be available from one of our specialists and our expert guidance is designed to help you utilize the software features to achieve your business goals.
After the preliminary consultation, your dedicated Solutions Consultant will work with our Development team to build your product. The implementation will be closely monitored to ensure a seamless transition to our software.
Our Resource and Response Center is available 24/7 by phone or email and is designed to answer customer questions and quickly resolve issues.
SabreTooth software, Hospitality Hub, has given us an excellent communication platform internally as well as externally with our customers, vendors and other providers. Our dealings with SabreTooth have been exceptional, right from the get-go (2014 we started). Our conference services department used 4 different programs before SabreTooth, and they never were able to talk to each other and they weren't very friendly to use. We now use SabreTooth Hospitality Hub where we create all our events and functions, along with food and beverage. It builds our Letter of Agreements and proposals and sends these to our clients. This system has saved me so much time.

We replaced our previous system with SabreTooth in February of 2016. Our transition to the system was incredibly smooth.
